At Big Idea Design, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
